Alana de la Garza (born April 15, 1981) is an American model, actress, and television personality. Her TV performance is what made her popular. Garza grew up on the USA and has watched the dramatic changes in television and acting. As a teenager she was awarded Miss Photogenic in Miss El Paso Teen USA in the United States, which brought her to modeling as well as acting. Garza started her professional career when she was a teenager, playing in cameos. After producers saw her talent she was cast, they started slowly casting her. The year 2008 was the time she got the honor of being chosen as the Garnier Nutritioniste Cosmetics brand ambassador. She was nominated in the category of Best Supporting Actress, and has earned many accolades throughout her career. Garza was nominated as Best Television Supporting Actress 2007 and Outstanding TV Drama Series Drama Supporting Actress the following year. Garza was awarded an Impact Award for the same class in 2008.
